  1. Please fully read and understand the Regulation and Rules of InnoServe Awards.
  2. The competition is open to all students currently enrolled in undergraduate,postgraduate, or PhD program at accredited colleges or universities.
  3. Participants MUST maintain their students’qualification until November 1, 2025.
  4. Each team may register for one project, consist of up to 8 eligible students and must have at least 1, but no more than 2 mentors.
  5. If the team has won another ICT-related competition award(s) in the past, please provide the proof for reference.
  6. Projects are commercialized are NOT allowed to participate in the competition.
  7. All the concepts, contents and program of the project shall not be involved in any plagiarism or infringement of copyrights or other laws.

(Please check the agreement during online registration. Teams attending the final round in Taiwan must submit a signed hard copy.)


The organizers, Administration for Digital Industries, moda, Department of Information and Technology Education, Ministry of Education and Chinese Society for Information Management, have commissioned the Taipei Computer Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") to execute the International ICT Innovative Services Awards (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition"). In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations, we are legally required to inform you of the following before collecting your personal data. By agree this consent form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated herein.

  1. Purpose and Types of Data Collected: Your personal data is collected for purposes related to the competition's administrative management, notifications, event announcements, surveys, outcome tracking, networking activities, and statistical analysis. Additionally, the data may be used for event notifications, registration confirmations, industry-related updates, and internal management of the Association. The following personal data will be collected: organization name, nationality, current residence, member names, levels of education, title of members, mobile phone number, email, and personal portrait.
  2. The personal data shall be used for the following purposes: Within the scope of the Project, to provide the notification of services, such as, to establish the event confirmation, identity verification, to transmit event or related industry information, or to be used for internal data statistics and analysis.
  3. Data Subject Rights: Under Article 3 of the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to, review your personal data, obtain a copy, request corrections or updates, and request to stop its collection, processing, use, or deletion.
  4. Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request a copy of your data, to request correction of any inaccuracies, to request deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent for the use of your data.   5. Portrait Rights:
    1. Authorization Content: By signing this consent form, you agree to grant the organizer and executing unit the right to photograph, use, and publicly display your image.
    2. Authorization Period & Region: The authorization is perpetual and unlimited in geographic scope.
    3. Authorization Terms: This authorization is granted free of charge.

The InnoServe Awards Committee reserves the right to revoke participation eligibility, disqualify award winners, and withdraw prizes and certificates if teams violate the eligibility requirements.
